This session shows the existing legislation, its implementation steps, current and further developments. It shows the background of this legislation: the conflicts about the Renewable Energy Act, the pro- and con-coalitions, the role of the different supporters, the decision-making processes in politics, associations, science, industry and legal conflicts.
