Renewable Energy: A new basis for the World Economy

The 3rd World Renewable Energy Forum reviews the practical results of the “Renewables 2004”, the outcomes of the “Renewables 2005”, and the policies and RE activities of international institutions. It will focus on the development of new policy concepts for the global Renewable Energy Technology Certification and the establishment of an International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA). An "Alternative World Energy Outlook" will be presented.

This session will also discuss and adopt the world appeal “The Human Right for Renewable Energy”.
